The house is situated on a acre of the Hill Country, fronting a calm cove with a very gradual slop to the boat dock with covered boat slip, jet ski ramp, diving board, 24 foot pontoon boat(optional), a fire pit for campfires, a two man ocean kayak, a large covered patio and grill for outdoor cooking and relaxing.
The house is a 1940s old rock house that has been redone. Stone floors throughout the house, cedar ceilings and walls that are just beautiful, large stone fireplace, lots of windows. The kitchen has been redone with granite countertops and new appliances.
The main house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and a daybed with a trundle, and 1 bathroom. The main house sleeps 10. The guest house has one bedroom with a double bed, 1 bathroom and a utility room with washer, dryer and ice machine.
